We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for unethical breeding practices. At Frenchie Bully, we do not support puppy mills or backyard breeders who raise puppies without proper care, socialization, exercise, comfort, affection, and veterinary attention. Every puppy in our care is raised with tender loving care in a safe and nurturing environment.

Every puppy receives daily exercise.
Every puppy is raised in a loving, home environment.
Every puppy is well-socialized.
Every puppy is healthy and screened by a licensed veterinarian.
We maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary property.
We breed only to improve the quality of the breed, carefully selecting parents based on pedigree, conformation, and temperament.
No puppy is bred before reaching physical and mental maturity, and breeding does not continue beyond the breed-appropriate age.
We stay knowledgeable about inherited health issues and perform appropriate health clearances.
We comply with all federal, state, provincial, and local laws, including USDA regulations.
We keep accurate records for at least five years, including pedigrees, litters, stud contracts, and veterinary appointments.
We never sell or donate puppies to wholesalers, brokers, pet stores, or auctions.
Buyers receive a properly executed Registration Certificate with full disclosure of registry requirements, or a written statement if registration is pending.
Buyers receive complete health records, including diet, inoculations, parasite control, and health guarantees.
Buyers also receive basic diet and care instructions.
We stay in regular contact with buyers to support the ongoing health and happiness of our puppies.
